At ARTEESANS, yours ultimate Satisfaction is Important to us, we aim to deliver High Quality Premium T Shirts to your doorstep, However due to the Nature of the Product, we do Not Accept RETURNS but provides EXCHANGES under Specific Circumstances Outlined

 

 BY AGREEING TO USE THE ARTEESANS.in  EXCHANGES PORTAL AND/OR INITIATING A REQUEST FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCT(S) ON THE PORTAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS POLICY WITHOUT MODIFICATION. 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME CHANGE THE TERMS OF THE POLICY THAT GOVERN YOUR RETURN, REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS ON ATEESANS.in . RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


Please note that all products Sold are Final Sale. We Do NOT Accept RETURNS at this Moment, or REFUNDS once an order is Delivered, except in the following rare cases:

Refunds or Replacement will only be considered under the Following Conditions,

· Damaged Products on Arrival

· Wrong Product Received

To QUALIFY, You Must notify us within 48 Hours of Delivery, You Must Share Clear Photos & Videos, Showing the Issue Along with Order ID. For all RETURN Orders, the REFUND will be issued in the form of CREDIT NOTE, once the QUALITY CHECK is approved. This will be Shared on your Registered Email Id

How do I INTIATE a SIZE EXCHANGE ?


To start the EXCHANGE process, please email us at support@arteesans.in, within 48 hours of Delivery. Include your order ID, contact Number and a Brief Explanation for the Exchange of SIZE Purchased and with the Size EXCHANGED Requested at support@arteesans.in, you will hear from us within 24 Hours, with the status on your Size Exchange, we are available from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM To 6PM, all pending queries will be resolved on Priority within 24 Hours.

 

When will the Item be Picked up for EXCHANGE

Our LOGISTICS Partner will Attempt to Collect the Return within 2-3 Business Days of the Request, if Pick up Fails After Two Attempts, you may be Required to SELF SHIP the Item for your EXCHANGE to be Processed. Your Courier Charges do not Exceed Above Rs 300/-.

Customer has to SELF SHIP The product, if the PIN CODE is Out of Serviceable area with the REVERSE LOGISTICS Company. (Note;- Your courier cost do not Exceed above Rs 300/-. We Request you to SELF SHIP the Products by ”SPEED POST” as your Courier Service)

DO NOT HANDOVER Products without Pick Up Slips or SMS Or Mail Confirmation.

 

EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS:

· EXCHANGES are Allowed for the Same Product for SIZE Only ONCE.

· EXCHANGES are Subjected to Availability, if the DESIRED SIZE is Not in STOCK, we will Issue a STORE CREDIT.

· .The Amount will be CREDITED back to the Customer in the Form of STORE CREDIT that can be used for your Next Purchase; you will receive a UNIQUE CODE on your Registered E-MAIL Address.

· The STORE CREDIT Is Valid for ONE MONTH From the Date of Issue

We do Not Accept EXCHANGE Request for:

· Liking/Disliking of the Rhinestone/Swarovski/Prints Designs.

· Minor Packaging Dents or External Wear and Tear due to Third Party Shipping.

· Products that have been Opened or Used

· Part of Product or Accessory is Missing

· The Product has not been WORN, CLEANED or TAMPERED with or by you

· The BRAND TAGS, Original PACKAGING MATERIAL, Accompanying Accessories are Intact and Not Altered or Discarded by you.

· The product is not ALTERED, Unless Proven VENDOR DEFFECT.

· There is NO FOUL ORDER, PERFUME, STAINS, DENT, SCRATCHED, TEAR or DAMAGE on the Product (specifically on the Rhinestones)

· Products RETURED for EXCHANGE should be in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED and in a SALABLE Condition.

· We are Satisfied that the Return Product has Not been Rendered DEFECTIVE or UNUSABLE.

· ALL PREPAID Orders are FINAL, We Do Not Offer any CANCELLATIONS Or REFUNDS, Any REFUNDS are Issued in the Form of GIFT CARDS/STORE CREDIT, Equaling to the SELLING or MRP Amount, which can be used within ONE Month. All GIFT CARDS/STORE CRDIT are NON-REFUNDABLE

· Once the Exchanged Item has reached our Warehouse it typically takes 3-4 Business days to Inspect and Verify their Condition, All EXCHANGES will Undergo Quality Check by our Team, Estimated Delivery for all EXCHANGE Query’s Fall between 7-10 Working Days

· We Reserve the Right to REJECT The EXCHANGE/RETURN Request for a Product if it does not Satisfy the AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS

 

What Happens if my Items Fail the Quality Check?

If the Returned Item Dose not Meet our Quality Standards, it will be Sent Back to you, and a Shipping Charge of Rs 150/- will Apply. Please Ensure LABELS & TAGS Remain INTACT.

How Soon Will I Receive My REFUNDS ?

Though we are not Offering any REFUNDS as of Now, Only GIFT CARD of the same Amount but On Certain Exception Basis, if any REFUNDS are Processed, it will Take 7-10 Days Business Days, with a Deduction of Rs 150/- for Shipping & Operational Charges. REFUNDS Typically Reflect within 4-7 Business Days after Initiation, Depending on the Customer BANK PAYMENT Provider.

What Should I Do if I Havent Received my REFUNDS Yet ?

If you Haven’t Received your REFUNDS, within the Expected Timeline, please Contact your Bank with the Provided REFUND ID and RRN (Refund Reference Number) to initiate a query or Dispute
